Realized we don't have an "about us" page yet, so here it is! This blog is created by Jeremy N. Johnson and Heidi M. Johnson.Jeremy
Jeremy finished his first round of P90X in April 2009 and had great results. Just click the 90-day photo link above and see for yourself. He enjoys basketball, working out, working on his websites, and spending time with his family.
Heidi
Heidi also finished her first round of P90X in April 2009—it is great being able to do the program together! Heidi has multiple sclerosis and was still able to complete the program; though she has also been in remission for awhile. Heidi put together the grocery lists that are the most popular part of our P90X log. She is one smart cookie. She enjoys being healthy and spending time at home during the day with our two daughters, Ellie and Sienna.

Congratulations on your delivery of your newest little girl!!

"Jon",
I apologize for the delayed response...
Exercising can certainly become jeopardized when you have precious little ones, huh? Before we had our second child last year, Jeremy and I would wake up early in the morning and exercise together before our daughter was up for the day. This wasn't always easy, but doing it consistently (and together) helped make it easier.
Since our baby was born (who turned 1 last month), we haven't woken up early because of her waking us up during the night. So instead, I go to a gym during the day who has a "play room" and will babysit our two daughters for 90 minutes while I exercise. The babysitting comes as part of our membership and has been a life saver for me!
Our "baby" is starting to show signs of finally sleeping through the night consistently, so I'm hoping to be able to start exercising early in the morning with Jeremy again. I really do enjoy working out together. But no matter what, we're at least able to go to the gym.
